Elevators

All elevators are secured after business hours, you must have an access card or key fob to use them. If you need to use the service elevator after normal business hours or on weekends, please submit a request in JBG SMITH Connect or contact the Property Management Team.

Please coordinate moves and substantial deliveries with the Property Management Team to place the loading dock elevator on independent service. Elevators are secured Monday through Friday from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, and on Saturdays and Sundays through 6:00 am Monday. Tenant moves and substantial deliveries cannot be conducted during lease hours unless the moving company supplies a dedicated elevator operator whose sole responsibility is to coordinate the move with typical daily deliveries.

There are seven passenger elevators and one loading dock front/rear entry elevator.

The passenger elevators are not to be used for moving and/or deliveries.
